Our 4 week program is the perfect way to help kickstart your journey and help you develop healthy lifelong behaviours. We have a variety of services available for you to choose from so that you are able to pick one that best suits your needs and preferences. Our services include a nutrition only membership, a training only membership and a premium membership where you’ll receive both nutrition and training plans. If you are someone who works better with a partner, we also offer a couples membership where you and a friend can support and motivate each other through the challenge. We have a team of dietitians and exercise physiologists who are eager to work alongside you and give you the knowledge you need to achieve your desired outcomes. Our mission is to help our clients reach their goals without having to sacrifice the foods they love or follow unrealistic and boring diets. We are all about creating a balanced and sustainable approach where you’ll learn healthy food behaviours that you can implement for the rest of your life.
When signing up and joining our 4 week challenge, you will receive 2 meal plans a fortnight with meals tailored to your specific requests, which will equate to 4 meal plans total for you to switch between and enjoy. For example, you can alternate between the two options however you like such as doing option 1 for 3 days and then option 2 for 3 days and repeat until your next check in. You’ll have access to hundreds of delicious recipes that have been approved by our dietitians that can be personalised and implemented into your meal plans. Do you have a specific allergy or intolerance that restricts your eating? No worries! We have a team of qualified nutritionists and dietitians who will work with you closely to individualize plans catered to your preferences whilst ensuring you are able to see those results and manage your conditions.
During the fortnightly check ins, you will complete a questionnaire where you let us know how you have been feeling during your first few weeks with us in terms of hunger, positive changes you have seen, sleep quality and how you have found your plan. In this section, you are also able to request any changes/new meals you would like us to include in your next plan as well as any questions or advice you may have. You’ll also have access to our specialists throughout the entire challenge who will be able to give you feedback each fortnight and answer any questions you might have. At these check ins, we’ll also adjust your plans to ensure that you’re progressing each week towards your goals. There is a Facebook support group available to join, to fill with meal ideas, exchanges of support and celebrations of positive changes and progress.
Throughout the duration of the 4 week challenge, not only is it important to focus on the nutrition plans and training side of things, but there are also plenty of other healthy habits that we want to help you implement and work towards to allow you to feel your best and smash those goals. These include ensuring that you are getting those 7-8 hours of sleep to assist with recovery, energy levels and overall well being as well as staying hydrated by consuming 30-35 mls of water per kg of body weight to help with the transition into a calorie deficit and allow your body to be adequately hydrated. Establishing a solid individualised routine and staying consistent are the most important factors that will determine the success and progress of your efforts, so these are some important habits that we will help you implement and work towards to smash those goals.
